Our Business Philosophy

Our desire is to deliver a level of professionalism, courtesy and pride in our work that is unsurpassed in the automotive service industry.

We are open and honest with our customers. If there is anything we can do to assist you in understanding the work we propose to do or the costs involved, please ask us.

When you bring your car to us with a problem, we look for the exact cause. In recommending service, our only goal is to repair what is necessary for the safety, performance, comfort and reliability of your vehicle.

We will provide a complete estimate of all the work we determine is necessary to properly service your car when it is brought to us. Should any unforeseen problems develop requiring additional expense or additional time in our shop, we will contact you with a detailed estimate before proceeding with the work.

Our Invoice to you will clearly show all costs for parts and labor required to service your vehicle. We will clearly show any future work needed that is currently known.

We want you to know exactly what parts have been replaced in servicing your car. We will return or hold old parts when requested to do so on the work order. Large or dirty parts will be held for 24 hours in the shop for your inspection. When we use rebuilt parts that require a core exchange, we will hold the core for your inspection, if possible.

We use only parts of known and proven good quality.

If any part of the work we are doing is subcontracted, we will let you know. We stand behind all subcontracted work.

If you have a complaint with any part of our work, we ask you to bring it to our attention. We will try to settle any dispute in a fair and equitable manner.

All major repairs that require follow-up servicing will have a written guarantee listing all such servicing.

We want your experience with us to be a pleasant one.
